Hi! We are now halfway through, and I hope you’ve picked up a few nuggets from the past 2 weeks !
Let’s quickly recap what we’ve spoken about so far.
Week 1 was about clarity before action.
You grounded your job search in reality, got clear on what makes you unique, reframed how you see your strengths, and started listening to your energy and intuition. The goal: move forward with confidence, not panic.
Week 2 was about making your value visible.
You chose the story your CV and LinkedIn tell, learned how to be memorable (not just qualified), and used the right strategy for both humans and algorithms, so the right people can find you and remember you.
Now, week 3 is about working smarter, not harder.
Less reacting. More choosing.
Instead of sending more CVs and hoping for results, you’ll start creating opportunities: with focus, intention, and real conversations.
This week, you’ll:
Stop wasting energy on what doesn’t move the needle
Focus on what truly works for you
Network naturally, without pressure or feeling salesy
Networking has a bad reputation.
We imagine endless emails, awkward calls, LinkedIn requests that feel like begging.
We tell ourselves: “I have to reach out, but what if they say no? What if I look desperate?”
STOP! most of those fears are myths.
Myth 1: Networking is about asking.
Nope. It’s about reconnecting. About showing up as a human, not a candidate.
Myth 2: Networking has to be strategic.
Wrong again. The best conversations happen when there’s no hidden agenda - when you reach out simply because someone crossed your mind.
Myth 3: Networking is about quantity.
Forget adding 50 people in one day. One meaningful conversation is worth more than 100 LinkedIn requests.
So today, pick one person. Someone you know. Someone you’d actually enjoy hearing from.
Send a short message. No CV. No pitch. No pressure.
Something as simple as:
"Hey! I was thinking of you , how’s life these days?"
That’s it.
When you remove the pressure, something incredible happens. - trust me on that one. You stop performing, you stop overthinking, and you become memorable. Real connections happen naturally, and doors open because people like you, not because of a perfectly crafted ask.
Sometimes, the best networking is simply showing up.
See you soon!
