Welcome to Day 14!

Most job searches get stuck for the same reason.

People wait for permission to apply, or reach out, or even want to be “legitimate” before starting a conversation.

So they send CVs into the void and hope someone notices.

People who feel uncomfortable “asking” for help often don’t realize they’re already asking : just in the most exhausting way possible: by applying blindly.

So today, what I’m challenging you to do is this:

Remember:

You’re not asking for a job.
»»You’re exploring a direction.

You’re not pitching yourself.
»»»You’re learning how things work.

You’re not selling.
»»»You’re listening.

When you shift from asking for something to opening a conversation, everything goes smoother

No pressure.
No awkwardness.
No obligation on the other side.

Just humans talking.

Eventually, and over time, you will see that these conversations often lead to:
– introductions
– visibility
– opportunities that don’t exist (yet)

And even when they don’t, they sharpen your clarity.

You learn how decisions are made.
What really matters.
and where you fit , and where you don’t.

Now, it’s your turn:

Today’s reflection is simple:

👉 Which conversations could you start this week? not to ask for a job, but to understand a path?

One message.
One coffee chat.
One reconnection.

That’s how doors open quietly, before they ever look like opportunities.

See you tomorrow!
