Landing the job IS the ultimate goal, but getting there requires dozens of smaller victories that deserve recognition. Did you finally update that LinkedIn headline? That's a win. Sent out three applications today instead of one? Another win. Had a networking coffee chat that went well? Absolutely a win.

Here's what I have been doing every single morning since 2021, I journal:

Before the day pulls me in a thousand directions, I sit down with my notebook and write. Some days it's messy and scattered. Other days it's just a few lines. But I always, always, include one thing: a small win from the previous day.

During a job search, this practice becomes your anchor. "Rewrote my resume summary" might seem trivial in the moment, but when you read back through weeks of entries, you see the mountain you've been climbing one step at a time. You see proof that you haven't been stuck: you've been moving forward, consistently, courageously.

The job search can feel like shouting into a void. Applications disappear. Rejections sting. But your journal doesn't lie. It shows you the work you're putting in, the growth that's happening, the momentum you're building.

So as we head into this final week, I challenge you: acknowledge every win, no matter how small. Write them down. Celebrate them. Because finding a job isn't just about the destination, it's also about becoming the person who gets there.

You're closer than you were 30 days ago. That alone is worth celebrating.

Now go get it!🚀

Best
