Hello! Here we are! I am so glad you are here, ready to make a shift
By the end of this week, we will work towards a more grounded version of yourself
I’d like you to have a clearer idea of where you’re headed.
By experience, let’s start with the biggest mistake I am seeing :
👉 applying blindly.
To anything. Everything. Just to feel like you’re “doing something”.
And this is where usually the spiral begins.
You apply → silence → doubt creeps in.
You apply even more (even to JD you are overqualified for) → still nothing → doubt grows (and usually my phone starts ringing here ☎️)
And the longer the job search lasts, the more you start questioning your value, which is the real danger.
The longer you stay in a reactive job search, the more confused you become about what you actually bring.
I have been there a few times myself:
Yes, job searching is hard.
Yes, it’s emotional.
Yes, it’s a roller coaster.
We need to accept it.
It’s the case for us, and for others.
Some days or some weeks you feel confident.
Other days, you wonder if you’ll ever get through it.
Before strategy, before CVs, before LinkedIn:
we stop and reset.
For now, replace this thought:
“I need to apply to something.”
With this one:
→"I choose where I put my energy “

We only have a certain dose of physical and mental energy every day, so use it wisely
Focus on clarifying what you really want, improving one key asset like your CV or LinkedIn, learning a strategic skill, having the right conversations, or preparing your story. Take care of your energy : reflect before reacting. One meaningful action a day beats 10 rushed ones. You can have 1 or 2 key ones you’d like to focus on. Usually they are the ones we are naturally the least comfortable with.
Surrounding yourself with the right mindset, the right strategies, and the right people (we will get to these points in week 1, 2 and 3) and you’ll be in a much better space, I promise!
See you tomorrow!
Stephanie.
